Is this product 100% authentic?
Yes. Every product is sourced from official Korean distributors, arrives sealed and is checked for expiry dates before it ships. We never buy grey-market stock.
How fast will I receive my order?
Order before 23:45 on a weekday and it leaves our warehouse the same day, with tracking. Delivery usually takes 1 to 4 working days in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany and 2 to 6 working days elsewhere. We ship worldwide.
Do I pay customs or import duties?
Not in the EU: prices include VAT and there are no extra charges at the door. Outside the EU, local import duties may apply and are paid by the customer.
How does the bundle discount work?
Add any 2 products to your bag and 10% comes off everything. Add 3 or more and it becomes 15%. It is applied automatically, no code needed, and you can mix brands.
Can I return it if it does not suit my skin?
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened skincare. Not sure it fits your skin? Message us before you order and we will tell you honestly.
How do I use it in my routine?
