Track your order
Your parcel is on its way. Here is how to follow it.
1. Check your shipping email
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Tap the link to see where your parcel is. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours after dispatch.
2. Track with your tracking number
The tracking number is in your shipping email. It opens the carrier's tracking page.
3. See all your orders
Log in to your account to see the status of every order you placed with us.
Delivery times
- Belgium and the Netherlands: 1–3 working days
- Germany: 2–4 working days
- Other EU countries: 3–6 working days
Orders placed before 23:45 on a weekday are shipped the same day.
Parcel late or missing?
If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 working days, or your parcel is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us with your order number. We open an investigation with the carrier and make sure you get your products.
