Shipping & delivery

Every order is packed in Belgium and sent with a tracked service. Here is everything you need to know before you order.

Dispatch times

Order before 23:45 on a weekday and we ship your parcel the same day. Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday leave on Monday. Public holidays in Belgium can add one day.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves us you receive an email with a tracking link. You can also follow your order on our Track your order page. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours after dispatch.

Packaging

All products are sealed, stored in a cool and dry place and packed with protective material so they arrive exactly as they left the brand. Expiry dates are checked before every shipment.

Customs and taxes

Prices include VAT. For deliveries within the EU there are no extra customs charges. For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties may apply and are paid by the customer.
