Shipping policy

Yeori Skincare (operated by HBL GLOBAL LTD) ships every order from Belgium with a tracked service.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 23:45 on a weekday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday or a Belgian public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

Costs and delivery times

Shipping is free for orders of €50 or more to Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany. Below that amount, and for other countries, the shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Indicative delivery times: Belgium and the Netherlands 1–3 working days, Germany 2–4 working days, other EU countries 3–6 working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking

A tracking link is sent by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

Taxes and duties

All prices include VAT. Deliveries within the EU are not subject to customs duties. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is lost, delayed or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number within 48 hours of delivery (or within 14 days of dispatch for a missing parcel). We will investigate with the carrier and replace or refund the products.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; additional shipping costs may apply.
