1. About us

The website yeori.be (“Yeori Skincare”) is operated by HBL GLOBAL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17440658, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell authentic Korean skincare, make-up and body care products. Product images and descriptions are provided for information; packaging may vary slightly from the images shown. All products are stored and shipped sealed and within their expiry date.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us; if a product was listed at an incorrect price we will contact you before dispatch.

4. Orders

A contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, unavailability of a product or an incorrect price; in that case any payment is refunded in full.

5. Discounts and promotions

Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. Automatic bundle discounts are applied at checkout and may be recalculated on partial returns.

6. Delivery

Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer. See our shipping policy for costs and indicative delivery times. Risk passes to the customer on delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the hygiene exception for unsealed cosmetics. See our refund policy for the full procedure.

8. Warranty and liability

Products must be used according to the instructions on the packaging. We are not liable for reactions caused by ingredients; always patch test. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order concerned, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. Intellectual property and trademarks

All content on this website belongs to us or our licensors. Brand names and logos shown are trademarks of their respective owners. Yeori Skincare is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the brands sold on this website, unless expressly stated.

10. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

11. Complaints and disputes

Contact us first via the contact page; we aim to solve every complaint within 14 days. EU consumers can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr). These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies.
