The Dr.Althea 0.1% Gentle Retinol Serum is a beginner-friendly, anti-aging treatment formulated to smooth fine lines and refine skin texture without the typical irritation associated with vitamin A. This vegan-certified serum features a mild concentration of 0.1% Retinol combined with Adenosine to stimulate collagen production and improve skin elasticity.

To ensure a gentle experience for sensitive skin, the formula is infused with a "Green Relief" complex featuring Centella Asiatica Extract and Aloe Vera, which helps soothe the skin while the retinol works to accelerate cell turnover. The inclusion of Niacinamide further assists in brightening the complexion and minimizing the appearance of pores, leaving the skin looking youthful and refreshed.

Recommended for: Dry, sensitive skin, and all skin types (especially first-time retinol users).

How to use:

  • During your evening routine, apply 1–2 drops to the face after cleansing and toning.
  • Gently pat into the skin until fully absorbed.
  • New Users: Start by using the product 2–3 times a week and gradually increase frequency as your skin builds tolerance.
  • Always apply a generous amount of sunscreen the following morning, as retinol increases sun sensitivity.
  • Avoid using simultaneously with physical or chemical exfoliants (AHAs/BHAs) to prevent irritation.

Important: Always apply sunscreen during the day when using retinol products.

Order before 23:45 on a weekday and it leaves our warehouse the same day, with tracking. Delivery usually takes 1 to 4 working days in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany and 2 to 6 working days elsewhere. We ship worldwide.

Not in the EU: prices include VAT and there are no extra charges at the door. Outside the EU, local import duties may apply and are paid by the customer.
